The people
- Company social counselling – This is an offer that you can make to your employees so that they can talk about personal issues with a neutral, appropriately trained person who can provide assistance in dealing with them.
- Strategic works council counselling – Works councils are elected employees of your company. It is in the nature of things that they do not necessarily know about IT Systems, which often leads to a negative attitude towards the employer in negotiations. That doesn't have to be the case! We help your works councils to better understand your requirements and objectives and ensure that both your interests and those of your employees are safeguarded.

We have many years of experience in both areas and have successfully optimised them in and for companies. Of course, we realise that these often cannot be implemented hand in hand. But that's a good thing, because adapting too much at once is often not a good idea.
